Chronic sinus and respiratory problem

Hi crystal lovers!
I have been doing everything I can think of to heal my respiratory problems with no luck. They seem to get worse every year. Have any of you had any luck healing this type of thing with crystals. I know that many people have this kind of problem. What crystal and what type of procedures should I use for this? Any suggestions will be appreciated!

I had cronic sinuspain and post nasal dreep. I got better using rhinocort nasal spray plus benadryl and loratadine.
Abput the crystals: I wear sodalite, green aventurine, turquoise around my neck. I also sleep with a piece of amethyst, rose quartz and black tourmaline. Carnelian are very good but if you feel too warm or hot with it, use the amethyst and the blue indigo clors quartz instead.. You don't have to wear them, just keep them closed to you at all time and if you do any type of meditation or prayers, hold them on your hands.
