1st how the heck you been?

well alrity then lets get underway.:)

this is the test you may take at your own pace you may print it and go off it when posting your reply i sware it will be short and sweet and you can not fail with me.

this is a way to practice with and utilize the stones you have for this month. the most important thing here is that you learn something new and or refresh what you already knew.

1) what were some of the ten minerals you used ?

2) write down how did use them for health or medaphysical ?and in what way did you program them.

3)name at least one locality of each mineral. and dose it have another name besides what is given on origanl post. do you know where your mineral came from?

4) post a pic of the mineral you used.1-10

5) name and discribe what clearing method you used?

6) did you make a essance or elexor? If so what was it and what were the resolts and how did you make it?

7) did you use a grid ? If so what Grid did you use and what stone were in it? What was the purpose of it protection,health,warding,happyness?

8) who did you use the course's stones on yourself, family ,freinds? was it done at a distance or was it in person?

9) Write a 250 word summery on your experance with useing what you learned or refreshed yourself with.

10) how can we improve this course for otheres was it imforitive?was it fun? what would you like to see in the next course ? and post here for a stone/crystal you want to do for next months extra credit. this is all on you this stone is of your own choice. and will posted on the last Q of the test. thats it folks

OK, here ya go.
1. The minerals I used were Malachite, blue kyanite, black kyanite, iolite, anethyst, hematite, and carnelian.

2. Malachite- I like to use this stone sometimes for the heart chakra when doing the chakra grid. I find it calming to meditate with, and to look at. It can also be used for back pain.
Blue Kyanite- I like this one for the throat chakra for the grid, and this one is soothing even just to look at.
Black Kyanite- this one I use for grounding
Iolite-I use this one to keep off migraines, I wear it daily. I've also meditated with it for guide communication.
Amethyst-I use this one for crown chakra with the grid. It has a gentle energy compared to others, soothing. I've also used it for better sleep with lavender by my bed.
Hematite- I use this for grounding and also between my feet when griding.
Carnelian- I use this on the sacral chakra in the grid. Also used to clear other stones.
All programming for the stones is done first with Reiki, then smudging, and I also use sun or moonlight once a month at least to energize the crystals/minerals.

3. Dravite (brown tourmaline)-USA and UK, Malachite-USA and Australia, Blue and Blank Kyanite-Brazil, and USA, Iolite (cordierite)-Madagascar and Canada, Amethyst-USA and Mexico, Hematite-USA and Canada, Acinite-USA and Australia, Angel wing agate-USA and Germany, Carnelian (sard)- UK and USA, Morganite-Russia andUSA

4. My pictures are already in the class sight and my page also.

5. the clearing method I used for my crystals and minerals is to do Reiki, smudge and once a month or more I use sunlight or moonlight.

6. I did make elixires, using hte method in the Crystal Bible. The crystals were in a class bowl, sping water, for 12 hours. Mother tinctures were made for all of those also, 50% vodka. Dosage bottles were made for Blue Kyanite and Iolite, 7 drops of mother tincture, 1/3 vodka, and 2/3 water- 7 drops per day 3 times a day.

7. I do use a chakra grid and used the Malachite, Blue kyanite, hematite, carnelian, amethyst. These stones were used usually with garnet, yellow jasper and clear quartz. The purpose was to balance and clear chakras.

8. I used this course's stones on myself for healing and metaphysical reasons, my husband for healing (lower spine) and my dog for his hip. I used the tincture on the dog, he doesn't hold still well for laying on of stones. I did do a couple of distance uses also. From what I can tell the dog's limping less, and so is the hubby. He says it must be working.

9. I've been into minerals for as long as I can remember. Growing up by the beach I've always collected rocks and shells.. Over the last few years I've been actively using them for metaphysical and physical purposes. I've come to find myself more drawn to them then ever, learning more and more about their energies and benefits.
This course has helped me sort of step out of my comfort zone. Making elixirs was fun for me and then finding ways to use them was great. I use crystals and herbs in my every day life, but had never really thought of making and using elixirs until this course. It even allowed me an easier way to use the healing benefits of crystals on the dog by using elixirs in his water.
I've been able to "experiment" with the minerals and elixirs. Seeing hte difference by using them for a couple of weeks, and stopping for a week, then using them again. The big one for me personally in the Iolite. I suffer from migraines daily and wering the Iolite and taking the elixir made a difference.
The black Kyanite and hematite are a must for me in staying grounded. I've been using both for awhile now. If I don't conciously ground myself and wear daily I can have some definite issues with "spacing out" or "popping out".
Using the other crystals helps the rest of my body cope with the energies I recieve, being in the physical, dealing with the daily grind. It's also allowed me to grow as a person and be more comfortable about sharing what I know and offer my help and opinion. My ultimate goal is to be able to someday help other using my gifts and knowledge. I'd love to be able to do classes and share my passion for crystals/minerals with others. I'd like to help others discover and heal with these beautiful gifts from God.
Ok, off track, sorry. Back to the class, this class reinforced to me that I kow more htan I realized, and I have so much to learn.

10. I really enjoy the course. It's like that extra push to get in there and work with them more. For May, I'd like to work with the Blue Obsidian for extra credit.

I love that last picture of the crystal in the pyramid/triangles! I'll be trying to make that one for sure. If you have any pointers for me please let me know. I love getting new ideas for wrapping crystals.

I have a question about the stones you use for your migraines..... is there a particular way to use it to stop a migraine once it's started?

I wrapped mine and put it on a chain to where. I would think you could get the same results from carrying it with you. I've also used the gem elixer for Iolite in my drinks.
