Kris,
I like to use Rhodochrosite, if you can't find that one then go to Rhodonite . The color needs to be in the pink. My son has asthma and I gave him a Rhodochrosite about 30 years ago ( I just put it in his room) Now that he is in his 30's he has the one in his room and keeps one on him. It may not take all of the problem away, but after 20 years on drugs for asthma and him learning what foods are bad and how to work the stones he is not on Med.

I know that turquoise is very good as is emerald. Some others are amethyst, malachite and carnelian. :)
