Iron and Sandstone Concretions from the Southwestern United States, Mochi Balls
are said to be named after a tribe of Native Americans who lived in the area of the
Moqui Desert and who used them in gaming - the game was similar to the game of

Moqui Marbles or Mochi Balls are surprisingly energetic while assisting one in achieving and/or maintaining an overall sense of calm centeredness and grounding.

To energize: Expose to sunlight while gently holding and stroking/rubbing with the tips of your fingers. Due to their natural energetic quality, they recharge or energize fairly quickly... since you'll already have them in your hands, you should be able to tell when the process is complete.

They seem to take on the energy of their environment... I guess you could call them empathic (in a way). When they are happy... you can tell. They like to be held and touched, often, that's how they absorb your energy. When you are finished working with them, set them down on a smooth hard surface, like a wood or glass table. You needn't worry about setting them down gently, because if you slightly drop them on the table (1/4") they will roll and wobble all over the place... that means they are happy!

I like to work with 2 at the same time. One male and the other female. I put one in one hand and the other in the other hand. If it doesn't feel right try switching which hand you have them in.
