Name: From the Greek for "away from" and "leaf," in allusion to the way it exfoliates upon heating


Apophyllite crystallizes as pseudo-cubic crystals, granular masses, natural pyramidal
structures, and as druse upon another mineral. The select grades of apophyllite have
been found to occur in Pune, India, primarily, in green, white, and clear/colourless
forms.
Apophyllite has been used to create a conscious connection between the physical
form and the spiritual realm. It facilitates attunement to ones body as well as to the
higher dimensional life forms.
It allows one to both recognize and act upon the truth in all situations. It enhances
mindful analysis, tinged with universal love, and helps one to realize that the state of
perfection is the natural state of being.
It has been used to facilitate astral travel and to provide a clear and definite
connection to the physical body during the travel. It allows one to send information,
which has been gleaned during the travel, back to the conscious self - this is one of
the stones which helps one to remain totally conscious while experiencing the
activities of astral travel [e.g., access to akashic records, exchange of communication
with those of the spirit world, and past-life experiences].
The mineral also produces a reflective aspect to allow for the recognition of ones
behavior/attitudes and to encourage one to seek, to recognize, and to correct
deficiencies, while providing for an energy gain during these times. It allows one to
see into the future - this is facilitated when one looks sideways into the crystal; it is
similar in action to the art of "gazing".
The natural apophyllite pyramids [usually, white/greyish white, clear, and rarely,
green] have been used successfully for enhanced energy stimulation and as an elixir
to bring "light" and energy to ones being and love to ones heart. They can also be
used to charge objects and to preserve.
They can be used to enhance and stimulate ones intuitive vision; the augmentation
of these capabilities has been produced by application of the base of the pyramid to
the third-eye. The natural pyramids have been used to induce access to the spiritual
world in order to facilitate the channeling state. One can look through the bottom of
the pyramidal structure and traverse time and space, arriving at the "star gate".

Green apophyllite has also been used to activate the heart chakra and to provide
energy and forthright-ness in decisions of the heart. It allows one to absorb the
energies one needs from the universal supply of perfect energy. It stimulates a joyful
glee.
It has also been used in fire-walking, to help one to hold the meditative state and,
after the "walk", it has been used to provide a cool clear energy surrounding the feet;
in this case, there has been no burning sensation and no physical burn to the feet.
This green crystal has been used to facilitated removal of unwanted historical and
present day energy/control implants.
Apophyllite can be used to maintain the energy necessary to assist in the actions
required for preservation and rejuvenation. It can further clear and refresh the eyes
via the utilization of two apophyllite pyramids, placed with the base section of each
upon each eyelid.

ATTRIBUTES Apophyllite has a high water content which makes it a very
efficient conductor of energy and a carrier of the Akashic Record* (the
esoteric record of all that has occurred and will occur, including past-life
information). Its presence in a room enhances the energies as it is a
powerful vibrational transmitter. Apophyllite creates a conscious

connection between the physical and the spiritual realms. During
out-of-body journeys*, it keeps a strong connection with the physical
body, allowing information to be transmitted from the spiritual realm
into the physical.This spiritual stone enhances clear sight, stimulating
intuition and enabling the future to be accessed. It is an excellent stone
for scrying*.
Psychologically, Apophyllite promotes introspection into one's own
behavior, and the correction of imbalances or flaws that are perceived.
It abandons pretence and breaks down reserve. This is a stone of truth,
bringing recognition of one's true self and allowing that to be shown
to the world.
Mentally, Apophyllite has a calming effect. It is an effective stress
reducer, releasing mental blockages and negative thought patterns. It
has the effect of reducing desire. At a spiritual level, Apophyllite imbues
universal love into analysis and the decision-making process so that the
mind becomes attuned to the spirit.
Emotionally, Apophyllite releases suppressed emotions. It overcomes
anxiety, worries, and fears. It calms apprehension and allows
uncertainty to be tolerated.
Spiritually this stone calms and grounds the spirit. It has strong links
to the spiritual realm, while at the same time allowing you to feel
comfortable within your body. It facilitates journeys out of the body and
spiritual vision. With its connection to the Akashic Record, it eases
journeys into past lives.
HEALING Apophyllite is regarded as the stone par excellence to assist
Reiki* healing. It facilitates taking the patient into a deeper state of
relaxation and receptiveness, and, at the same time takes the healer
out of the way so that the transmission of healing energy to the
patient is purer.

Thanks for sharing this information about Apophyllite - it is one of my favourite crystals to work with as I find it brings a clarity into any healing situation and enhances the frequency of any healing energy. I feel that it has a very high vibration and it brings light into any situation - for this reason I will work with Apophyllite when I need to 'shed light on something' and reach a deeper understanding of inner or underlying causes. I also work with it to move stuck or stagnant energy and to clear 'negative' energy. It is an excellent crystal to work with in meditation and in my experience with it, it has facilitated angelic contact. I feel that this crystal opens pathways and makes connections. I often use it in healing layouts and grids to amplify the properties of the other crystals and to keep the energy clear and direct. Apophyllite is one of my favourites and has a lovely energy.
