The Heart chakra is situated in and around the heart area of our physical body.
On the Physical level, the heart pumps the flow of blood that is needed to keep the body alive. Without the heart we as humans cannot function on the physical plain. This one organ controls many other parts on the body. so the blood can rush through the veins and feed the body with nutrients to sustain our well-being. This area is what we call the main center or control panel for our body that also governs the lungs which function is to breathe in the life force energy of oxygen.
On a mental level, the heart chakra functions on an emotional basis by feelings and expression towards ourselves and to others causing thoughts to process into behavior and feelings.
On a spiritual level, the heart energies vibrate into the auric bodies causing manifestation of existence. The heart chakra emanates unconditional love when in a state of joy and conditional love when in a state of fear.
When functioning in the positive, this center offers unconditional love, real friendships and true joy. We are kind, supportive, caring and understanding of others and their ways. We accept others and love them for who they really are. We love and appreciate our Mother Earth, her creatures and kingdoms.
This center loves and appreciates music, dance yoga, self-expression and drumming. The drum is like a heart beat and this center responds to the vibrations that come from the drum while helping to realign the internal rhythm; making self strong and connected the earth we live upon. This center also loves trees and anything that gives off a green energy. Trees hold the wisdom and healing knowledge of our wonderful earth. The color green also allows you to have an earthly existence. while indulging in the the 5th dimension.
The Thymus Chakra is a very powerful energy channel that links you to the earth and to the heavens. Uniting with this gland brings about great awareness to emotional and spiritual planes. By tapping gently 33 times on this center each day and by thinking and feeling loving thoughts positive peptides are released into the bloodstream creating health and vibrancy.

The Performer
When we want to be enjoying life but simply are not, we tend to put on a show of happiness. This can be a bit wearing for other people and of course we are not being true to our own feelings. Thus, we become a pseudo-lover, a performer, and usually, not a very good one!
