MAking jewellery out of stones is really simple!! I shall explain a few methods I use here, anyone can do it!

There are some complicated ways of doing this - but I'm going to concentrate on 2 really simple methods that require minimal expenditure on the basic kit.
4 things I highly recommend you need are:
- a pair of scissors
- some very fine needles - you can get specialist beeding ones
- a pair of round nose pliers
- a pair of wire cutters
You only need the round nose pliers and wire cutters if you are going to work with wires.

Where is a good place to start with jewellery making?
Where is a good place to obtain materials for making jewellery?
Are there better stones to work with than others or is it simply what you think looks good?
My daughter has some interest in making some jewellery so I figured this would be a great place to start.
