I I have found prehnite to be a calming, nerve settling stone, at least for me. Its one of those stones that is great to close by and/or on your person, especially if you are headed out to an environment that will be highly 'energetic'.

- How long have you practiced with Crystals?
- Only about a year and a half, but it feels like I have been doing it forever
- What healing Modality do you use? ie Reiki QT Eft? for example
- Every situation and individual is unique, so it all depends on what they need at that moment. In general i like to mix it up a little bit... some of this... some of that and maybe a touch of something special. I prefer to do 'laying on of hands' with just my hands, occasionally I'll put one under my feet of have the person hold one or two crystals. If I were to put it simply, I would say I use Quantum Touch the most.
- What are your faverite crystal/stone/mineral ? and Why?
- Apophyllite and Ice Calcite. The apophyllite's energy is strong but its not buzzing through your body so you can stay relaxed and let your mind do its own thing. I love to use the ice calcite to meditate with... I get lost in the prismatic nature of the stone, they are wonderful to focus on when you aren't really focused on anything,
- What i Dig about life and what i feel about the journey
- Knowing that everyone has the potential for greatness and that life is really all about perspective. I feel as if I know so much more this time around and I have come back to share my knowledge and lead by example.
- In relation to where in the world or country you are living. How has your awareness of the consciousness shift in yourself and the area you live changed throughout your lifetime and spiritual journey part of this current lifetime. Please share with the group where you live and how you perceive your countries, states general collective awareness and consciousness is.
- I live in Denver Colorado and I am surprised at the number of people who are stuck in their ways. It is also very disappointing to see such a lack of cultural diversity, everyone kinda looks the same and shares similar ideals, however i have recently become involved in a few 'metaphysical' groups and I am pleased to see how many newcomers and curious people there are.
