How has your awareness of the consciousness shift in yourself and the area you live changed throughout your lifetime and spiritual journey part of this current lifetime. Please share with the group where you live and how you perceive your countries, states general collective awareness and consciousness is.
- I live in Appalachia, either the bottom of Middle Appalachia or the top of Southern Appalachia, depending on where you draw the line. I used to live in Baltimore where there was a lot of active and positive energy and my growth was continuous. Now, where I live the energy is old and stagnant. There is lots of iron in the ground here and that has a dampening influance. Also, the people of the suburb called a city that I live in (Bristol) are anti-growth and anti-change as are most suburbanites. This has inhibited my growth somewhat. Even the newage community down here is conservative! But I have contacts and outlets online that balance that out. I live in hope that change will occur here and the new paradigm will find a home in these old mountains.
