ty for joining us here and taken time to be with us i would liek to tell you were open and encourage growth here so look around and use any info you need to help you along your path. reiki is aawsome method to heal and working with crystal will amplify your healing energy they work very well together i use QT for my healing method and it works thwe same AWSOME with stones
as far as Calcite yes you can take internaly heres how
take your piece of calcite hold it in your hands run your reiki taught healing energy into it hold that energy within the stone ok run-hold-set
now get a large mouth water bottle like propell or gater aid bottle
place the calcite in the water bottle full of water leave it over night in the window seal as the sun bombards the stone with protons and nutrons thsi also charges the water
program the calite to do what you wan it to do like help saturate calcium in the body drink the water the next day this will infuse the liquid t=with the energy that stone has and in turn be absobed though out your body

- My awareness of the consciousness shift happened quickly, 365 degree turn, a little over a year ago. I don't know what happened, it was just like BAM it hit me! I live in Iowa and I am not seeing a big change yet. Hopefully soon!
