Helping others is truly a very beautiful act, and it does not always involve physical effort. We can also help people by thinking the best thoughts for them (happiness) and creating the corresponding emotions (Love).
When we realise that our thoughts and emotions function at a subtle level where we are all one, it becomes understandable how we are able to help one another by sowing seeds in each others gardens.
Sowing is simply the act of thinking, adding emotions to our thoughts and taking action based on these thoughts and emotions.
The nature of thoughts are the seeds, the kind of emotions form the quality of soil we choose to sow these seeds in and the actions (nurturing) we take are the actual process of putting the seeds (thoughts) in the chosen soil (emotions) for them to grow in garden which is our consciousness and bear fruits in our reality( manifestation) .
This is a very beautiful thing as it truly makes all things possible to any whom chooses their seeds wisely however it causes a lot of pain and suffering to any whom sows and nurtures(actions) within the garden( consciousness) without actually caring about the nature of seeds(thoughts) and quality of soil (emotions) and ultimately ignorant of the manifestation or that we are the ultimate creators of our reality.
Be Courageous, it is for a key to spiritual growth.
Be Forgiving, it is a divine act.
Be Loving, You deserve love always.
Accept yourself, within you dwells divinity, God accepts you the way you are.
Trust and respect yourself despite circumstances, you attracted the experience for your growth.
Avoid blame and strive to have an clear and concise understanding, whatever you understand, you can conquer.
We gain permanent strength from the effort we put into overcoming our difficulties.
Most importantly, focus on God's face, focus on the Light throughout all experiences.
Let us all learn to sow in each other's gardens..it really is one big garden belonging to all of us.

even my own home did not felt my home.. the journey took me to so many places and people that i have no idea where i can start. I am brazilian and try my best with english language

the pain i feel from love that is lost
it burns like the flames of a dark sun
it fuels my heart with dark energy
to never feel this pain again i would not die but live it again

my thought is this when we get hurt or go through pain it feels like there is no hope we are crushed to the point of giving up. many things make us who we are this is but one thing that we must endure.. to all those who have been through this i sey there is light of a new day on the morrow take each day with hope and use this experance to grow stronger.
