- I love crystals. Love having them around and including them within the Reiki treatments.

- What are your faverite crystal/stone/mineral ? and Why?
- I love the amethyst as it was my first healing crystal given to me by my Reiki master. It is a special versatile, gentle and very wise stone. The fact that it is purple really helps as it is one of my favorite colours.
- What i Dig about life and what i feel about the journey
- It has been an interesting path. Full of ups and downs. Plenty of lessons learned and enormous transformations. I am reaching the peaceful and most joyous part now. I think i finally grasped a bit of what's life essence is about and it's lovely to feel it.
- In relation to where in the world or country you are living. How has your awareness of the consciousness shift in yourself and the area you live changed throughout your lifetime and spiritual journey part of this current lifetime. Please share with the group where you live and how you perceive your countries, states general collective awareness and consciousness is.
- I am originally from Portugal but i've left my country about 8 years ago. I've experienced living in Uk, Italy and Brazil but in the end i always return to Ireland as i feel i am not constrained here in terms of energetic levels. The land is still keeping it's pure properties in some country side regions and the enchanted worlds abound. We are currently feeling the shifting to a higher vibration and this change that have affected the economy all over the world is definitely allowing people to let go of unwanted baggage and start opening up to their real selves.

you are correct we need to ebbb and flow with those we communicate with we are built as great transmitters and recievers of both thought and sound emotional and physical.
to be in a one sided conversation is as fun as talking to yourself in the mirrior lol and i am not a vain person or insane :)
so understanding what a person needs and to nurtuer that need by listing or communicating in the right fram of mind is important the old addage put yourself in there shoes how would you receive there mesage that you are trying to convey. but as many of us talk 1st and think later this is a bad habbit that i get myself into sometimes as my wife will attest lol we can dig a hole to plant flowers or dig a hole ot bury ourselve the choice is in the words and how they will be accpted
