the movement of the spirit is like a flowing currant of energy within the confines of the heart. the size of the heart defines the the boundries of the spirit. the more our spirit grows the stronger the push on the walls of the heart and the currant gains in movment to become a torrent of energy. my thought is this let your spirit flow without the obstacles created by negative thinking.
